Best Homemade Salsa - EVER!

I have a lot of produce coming from my garden these days - even fresh cilantro. So I decided to make some fresh salsa. This is the BEST recipe for salsa. I would consider it medium hotness since it has a jalapeño in it. If you prefer mild salsa - just leave out the jalapeño. This could also be used for a Jar Gift. Just add a pretty label.
